Processing Time:

Each Kari Atelier fragrance kit is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared to order using freshly diluted materials to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During periods of high demand, processing may require additional time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers within the United States. Delivery time varies based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Kari Atelier is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kari Atelier is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our fragrance kits, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy ensures product safety, quality integrity, and freshness of materials.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contact@kari-atelier.com
