To reserve your date, submit an inquiry form. Once your experience is confirmed, a signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking.

We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Dates are secured once a deposit is received.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

We use professional-grade fragrance materials. However, individual sensitivities may vary. Kari Atelier is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Guests are guided through a curated fragrance experience. Depending on the selected package, guests may choose from signature scents or participate in guided scent exploration.

Kari Atelier provides its own fragrance bar and setup. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request:
A designated space for the fragrance bar setup
Access to the venue at lease 30-60 minutes prior to the event for setup
Adequate space for guest interaction around the bar
A stable, level surface for equipment and displays
Additional requirements, if any, will be communicated during the planning process.

Kari Atelier is available for events in select locations. Complimentary travel is included for events in Harrisburg and its surrounding areas, as well as York, Lancaster and Reading.
Events outside these areas may incur additional travel fees based on distance and event requirement.
